The software development team at IQVIA wanted a series of walkthrough videos to guide users through their newly-created Mobile IP app.
We created 6 motion graphics in total: a 5-minute overview video, and 5 walkthrough videos for the different sections within the app.
Challenge
IQVIA needed a way to guide new users through their Mobile IP app. Manuals and documentation confused users and slowed adoption. Low budget required a scalable solution that would be easy to update to align with future app updates.
Solution
I produced a series of six concise walkthrough videos aligned with the app’s UX design and branding. Partnered with developers and writing team, created storyboards mirroring interactions, designed animations optimized for mobile, ensured accessibility. Emphasized the use of motion design templates and opted out of voice over to stay within limited budget.
Results
Streamlined, scalable approach led to a 92% reduction in production time compared to our team’s average per video.
This approach drove me to lead a department-wide initiative to create more video templates that would allow us to capture lower budget clients on quicker timelines without reducing quality.
