This video was created to teach healthcare professionals the proper procedure for conducting a double eye injection per the clinical trial protocol in order to properly maintain the blind.
We drew everything from scratch in Adobe Illustrator and animated in After Effects.
Challenge
The procedure we were tasked to represent is highly complex.
Additionally, a tenet of our team is magnifying humanity, so we did not want this project to feel like a sterile medical procedure walk through.
We decided to show it in a non-realistic angle, the cross section of the eye, to give the viewer a better understanding of what actually happens when done correctly.

Leadership wants to use it in BD decks and start a whole line of surgical/medical procedure-related videos.
