IQVIA Medical Communications needed to launch the Power of We initiative, celebrating diversity and collaboration authentically while merging two divisions with vastly different cultures.

Solution

Created a bold visual identity, branded assets, and motion assets. Integrated employee voices, designed launch videos, optimized for internal channels and events.

We created an expansive PPT template for stakeholders to use throughout the 12 months of presentations and workshops.

Results

Key component of IMC’s finalist placement for Medical Affairs Agency of the Year at the 2025 Communiqué Awards.
