After a corporate restructure and merging of two departments with vastly different team cultures, the Power of We initiative was proposed to unify the new department under one new vision.
Not just a theme; it’s a transformative philosophy that propels our department towards collective excellence. Grounded in collaboration and communication, this theme emphasizes that our greatest achievements come from working together.
Discovery & Ideation
For the branding, the brief was to give an unexpected twist to the styles commonly used in internal and client deliverables at IQVIA.
The modern, vibrant, and inclusive style is a departure from much of the internal resources we see, so it drags team members’ attention away from their daily work.
The branding and materials promote unity and connection to represent the two teams merging into one.
We used round imagery and part-to-whole concepts to help solidify the “we” theme.
Results
The video was sent out to 500+ employees in the department and was viewed 134 times by 117 unique viewers, for a 26% click rate.
The initiative was praised in division-wide Town Hall meetings as a leading factor in improving team culture throughout the year.
